Bikini-Clad Corn Campaigns - These Oral-B Dental Floss Ads Show How Food Follows You (TrendHunter.com)

SuperstarThese Oral-B Dental Floss Ads Show How Food Follows You

Getting food stuck between your teeth is embarrassing and a little gross—even more so when you finally find out about it. These Oral-B Dental Floss ads exaggerate the impact delivered by these leftover morsels by magnifying, personifying and placing them in these people’s presence well after the consumption of their meals.

The two prints by the Publicis advertising agency of New York are targeted predominantly at businesspeople. The first pictures a man in a hotel pool, confronted with an extra large ear of corn that’s wearing a swimsuit. In the second example, a woman waits in an office reception area across from a necktie-wearing piece of meat. These Oral-B Dental Floss ads demonstrate that something so small can too often command an obvious presence, to the affected individual, the one facing him or both.
