Arranging For A New York Tour - The Best Places To Go

By William S. Hall

New York is a very interesting place to visit. Try reserving a guided tour. There is so much to do and so many sites to see. A variety of activities and institutions await your discovery.

You can spend your time doing a cultural and historical trip. A great place like New York has lots of stories to tell. Visit the famous financial district, Wall Street, or pay homage to the victims of 9/11.

Other places of interest include Times Square, the Empire State Building, Radio City, and Greenwich Village; all of which have been associated with New York. These places should not be missed.

Manhattan Island is a grace place to see with Hudson River on one side. It carries most of the city's river traffic such as passengers to Ellis Island, the Statue of Liberty and Staten Island and across the upper New York Bay to New Jersey.

On the other side we see another famous city---Brooklyn which is surrounded by the serene waters of Jamaica Bay. You must also visit Queens, and the Bronx which is notorious but had a very interesting history to its name. Don't forget the Long Island beaches with its local tourists cooling off and going for a dip.

Manhattan is popular all over the world because of the very peaceful Central Park where people sit quietly, chat or even jog. It's like being in another world, away from the hustle and bustle of New York City.

The National History Museum is a must-see. You and your family can enjoy viewing works of interest while the children get lost in the Dinosaur museum.

Don't you leave New York without even watching a play in Broadway. Your trip will not be complete. There are many plays to choose from. And of course you can also buy several souvenirs to prove you've been there.
