There are three bistros at Bacara. All use fresh-picked produce collected from a ten-acre organic vegetable garden. There's also a full service bar on site with entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights.
Bacara has an enormous wine collection containing top-notch wines from all over the world. Naturally, that includes the top wines from Santa Barbara County, too.
Hence you do not have to leave the resort to go wine tasting.
Accommodations include spacious guest rooms and specialty suites as well as a 3700-square-foot residence for additional privacy. All guest rooms feature a terrace or balcony. The best rooms have an ocean view and a fireplace.
NOTE: When making your reservations at Bacara, request to stay in a remodeled room. The facility is in the middle of a major refurbishment, which is scheduled to be finished by Summer 2012. Rooms that have not been updated will disappoint.
