Tuesday, Apr. 9. the South Branch of the Abilene Public Library hosted their Make & Take Day for youth under the direction of Janet West. For this afternoon, the featured craft was making little baby chicks with some simple materials. A great craft to make before then looking for some amazing books to checkout from the library. We had a great turnout for this afternoon event, and even more were on the way later on in the day.
