Laguna, a province in the Southern Tagalog Region of the Philippines, is a popular hot springs destination. Almost completely surrounded by the Laguna de Bay, the largest lake in the country, Laguna is only about an hour drive away from the southern Manila cities Paranaque and Las Pinas. The province is famous for its many resorts and hot springs.
Submerging the body into these hot springs helps improve blood circulation through increased oxygen flow. The heat coming from the hot springs also helps relax muscles and removes toxins in the body through perspiration.
They also have regular swimming pools ofcourse, as shown in this picture.
