It’s easy to take transportation for granted when you have a variety of options. Today, will it be the subway, a bus, a skateboard, a bike, a car or even a plane?
What is more, industrialized countries, even if “plagued” with traffic and long commute times, can for the most part, rely on the safety of their roads in getting them from point A to point B. Poor infrastructure in less-industrialized countries translates to routes that aren’t fit for vehicles, bikes and people.
