I used to be a very keen cyclist, having worked for some time actualy building racing cycle frames for Claud Butler /Holdsworth , I had always had some decent racing cycles, so I along with an colleague of mine at Asda who was also a keen cyclist decied to have a race from Beddington (Croydon) to Brighton, just the two of us, but decided to do it for charity, but about a week before the race my racing cycle had been stolen, so I had to use the only bike available to me , a mountain bike that I had never ridden before, or any other mountain bike come to that, needless to say I never rode one again, was like riding a tank !
